NoTox functionality issues August 18-20 (and ongoing)

First: Any remaining users who are not able to log into the video pages should PM me directly. I will reply back to you via PMs, not through your email.

Second: Here's the status:

[1 - fixed] Some members can't log in to either the forums or the video pages.
[2 - fixed] Timestamps on both the forums and the video pages are off by a few minutes either way (+ or -) for random new posts.
[3] IP resolving returns mostly 127.0.0.1 for nearly everyone's IPs on both the forums and the video pages.
[4 - fixed] The forum thread hierarchy at the top of this page now suddenly has an extra "Â" character (a capital A with a boomerang symbol above it).
[5] Video page members are not getting emailed notices of replies to their comments.
[6] The video page's Top 100 and reputation lists are not updating.
[7 - fixed] Forum loading speeds are much slower than normal and have been recently.
[8 - fixed] Previous day's worth of videos vanish.
[9 - fixed] Video page members cannot change their avatars.
[10] Video page members sometimes get a blank page when accessing their account profile from either their username link or the "My Account" link.

Scott has told me some details about what's going on. Indeed the problems stem from various server changes. Regarding IP resolving issues:

"We're reconfiguring the environment and this should be resolved within couple of weeks."

"scrooched" was established as a test account.
