Again, people do this because of [1] attention and [2] money, and that's practically all that it comes down to. I read and interpreted what you had said correctly, and I alerted you to the possible fact that you're going to experience continued disappointment with these kinds of stripping videos on NothingToxic due to the kind of content (i.e. all nipples must be covered by something) that the admin. is allowed to post. Actually passing a Polygraph test is easier then you think... It simply takes practice...

One way it too get yourself over-excited at the start of the test... Once they ask the question that you are waiting for them to ask you... Make yourself relax throughout your whole body... It shows on the test the opposite that they are looking for. They don't expect people to be relaxing when they ask "THE QUESTION".

After that it is a simple exercise to control your breathing and pulse rate...

Sounds about right. Also, work up the effort to say that you are nervous and that you just need a minute to answer the question. I did this when I went for my road test (took me three attempts before I knew to give it a shot) and did parallel parking, and I was allowed the extra time to relax before pulling back out.
